A Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of South Alabama, Paul brings more than 15 years of experience across every phase of development and construction—from initial concept to final completion.
He began his career designing and overseeing a national retail development program before expanding into multifamily projects up to $60MM across the Southeast and Midwest. With hands-on experience in entitlement, design coordination, engineering, consulting, construction, and operations, Paul provides clients with a rare breadth of knowledge.
As a self-storage builder and developer himself, Paul understands the nuanced decisions that determine whether a facility operates efficiently, stays on budget, and performs long-term. There is no part of the development process he hasn’t successfully led.

A 1980 Building Science graduate from Auburn University, Jack brings more than four decades of experience in commercial and residential development. His early career included hospitals, office buildings, and retail centers before transitioning into residential development.
Since 1999, Jack has specialized in self-storage and real estate projects as both an owner and developer. His expertise spans due diligence, financial modeling, entitlements, construction oversight, and long-term facility management.
Jack has worked across the Eastern half of the United States — and beyond — securing approvals, navigating complex zoning environments, and building nearly every configuration of storage facility in the industry. His depth of knowledge and real-world experience provide clients with unmatched strategic guidance.
