The McGehee project is a two-level, all climate-controlled self-storage facility totaling 135,000 square feet in Montgomery. This development reflects JCDC’s continued expertise in high-capacity self-storage construction, with a focus on modern climate control systems, secure access, and optimized internal circulation. As with all JCDC projects, the team provided full-service guidance — from entitlement and design collaboration with architects and engineers, through the construction process — ensuring a top-tier facility that meets today’s customer expectations for convenience, accessibility, and environmental control.
