The Flat Shoals facility in Decatur, Georgia combines both climate-controlled and conventional self-storage units in a single-level configuration totaling 76,000 square feet. Designed to serve a diverse customer base, the project required thoughtful site planning to accommodate efficient traffic flow, optimized unit mix, and cost-effective construction.
